Welcome to Stefano's Cuccina, home of authentic Italian food.

The concept of Stefano's was created 10 years ago in a small town in Arizona where two Italian chefs brought their Italian cuisine to the old west. It was so popular that it became the main center of attraction for the old west cowboys to chow down and rapidly the word spread throughout the west. As the patrons grew in numbers so did the restaurant and the menu. Many variations of dishes were tried and tested to bring you the final results you see today. Several of the items you cannot find anywhere but here at Stefano's.

One item is our sautéed artichoke hearts with mushrooms and is out most popular appetizer. Another item available is out chicken cordon rouge. This delicious entrée is our chicken breast stuffed with crab, lobster and then smothered in our crab cream sauce. Many of our recipes date back to our ancestors from Sicily. These recipes are over 100 years in the making. They derived from a heritage of great grandmothers and aunts that loved to cook.

Our sauces are homemade when you order your entrée. Our only exception us our red sauce, simmered for hours in the traditional way. We use only the finest ingredients and meats in preparing our cuisine. Our meats are all hand cut from choice Iowa Angus cattle. This assures our customers of the finest possible dining experience. Your stay with us should be an event, not just a a meal. It is our greatest wish that you enjoy every moment of your experience with Stefano's.
